Niyi Taiwo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy, supplemented by a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing. With over 15 years of experience spanning diverse industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Telecommunications, and FMCG, he possesses a versatile skill set encompassing Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Leadership, Coaching, and Consulting.

Commencing his career as a medical representative with a pharmaceutical company, Niyi embarked on a journey of continuous growth, holding various roles with renowned organizations across Africa and North America. His extensive experience in cross-functional teams across different continents has honed his ability to effectively engage and collaborate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Kenneth Mordi

Kenneth Mordi holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and an MBA in marketing. His illustrious 15-year career is a testament to his unparalleled expertise across the Agricultural, Pharmaceutical, Retail, SaaS, and FMCG landscapes.

Kenneth’s journey began at the vanguard of healthcare as a Medical Representative at AstraZeneca, propelling him through a spectrum of prestigious roles that spanned continents—from the rich soils of Africa to the bustling markets of the Middle East and the innovative hubs of North America.

Tosin Akinsulire

Tosin Akinsulire aka TA is a business leader and transformation coach. Tosin has years of experience in managing multiple pharmaceutical brands from three multinationals. She currently leads the growth marketing of the diabetes care portfolio at Roche; bringing relief to thousands of people living with diabetes in the West African market.


TA’s expertise in successful growth strategy development, strategy execution and team leadership has delivered business growth and multiple awards of excellence year on year; such as 2024 Marketing Maestro, 2023 best omnichannel campaign of the year and 2022 brand of the year with a 76% growth versus PY.


She is the author of Beyond Boundaries and founder of Grow Circle Academy; a coaching & training hub for capacity building that drives both personal and professional growth in individuals and corporations. The pioneer of BBC- Beyond Boundaries Conversation and Grow Circle Conference all with the purpose to facilitate growth so that people can maximise their leadership potential.


She is a pharmacy graduate form the university of Ibadan, a member of the chartered institute of marketing United Kingdom and a certified coach and trainer from the maxwell leadership team.

Dr. Olamide Adejumo

Olamide Adejumo is a distinguished Medical Doctor, Narrative Medicine Practitioner, and Organizational Positive Psychology Subject Matter Expert with over 15 years of experience in clinical research, development, technology, and advocacy for people living with chronic illnesses in Nigeria. A graduate of Narrative Medicine from Columbia University, New York, his multifaceted career is marked by a commitment to advancing healthcare and fostering holistic well-being through transformative human capacity development initiatives.

Leveraging his extensive medical background and expertise, Olamide integrates narrative medicine and positive psychology principles into healthcare practices and organizational settings. Kingsley Oguine is a Sales and Marketing Professional with more than 13 years of experience spanning diverse industries namely; Healthcare, Technology Start-ups, and non-profit. He possesses an MBA from the University of South Wales, United Kingdom. He is an experienced professional in project management, business and market development, facilitation and coaching with a strategic and agile approach towards delivering value.


Kingsley shows excellence as a coach and facilitator, employing a dynamic approach in delivering training. His expertise extends from tutoring at Simon-page College to providing tailored sessions in sales, account management, business development, and project management for organizations across Nigeria. In the quest for continuous growth, excellence and community development, he holds a volunteer position as the Vice-president – Professional Development at the Project management Institute Ottawa Valley Chapter in Ontario, Canada. Where he support’s in strategically steering the chapter’s affairs towards a sustainable growth. Creating learning and development artifacts, events and activities for the chapter members
